1. Booking Policy

By booking a ticket with Payfikar Travels, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth herein. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payfikar Travels reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to operational or safety reasons.

2. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes before departure. Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all passengers. Payfikar Travels reserves the right to deny boarding without refund if ID is not presented or if passengers fail to comply with safety instructions.

3. Luggage

Each passenger is allowed one cabin bag (up to 7kg). Additional baggage may incur extra charges. Transport of hazardous, illegal, or restricted materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made through authorized payment channels available on the platform. Payfikar Travels is not responsible for failed transactions due to banking or network issues. In case of payment failure but amount debited, users must contact support with valid proof.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made within the allowed time window prior to departure. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable charges. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and bank processing cycles.

6. Boarding & Safety

Boarding is subject to compliance with all safety regulations. Passengers must follow crew instructions at all times. Payfikar Travels reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger deemed unfit to travel due to health, intoxication, or misconduct.

7. Delays & Schedule Changes

Payfikar Travels shall not be held liable for delays or schedule changes caused by weather conditions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are advised to check status updates before departure.

8. Limitation of Liability

Payfikar Travels shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the ticket value paid by the passenger.

9. User Conduct

Passengers must maintain proper conduct during the journey. Any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the service without refund and potential legal action.

10. Force Majeure

Payfikar Travels shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.

11. Privacy Policy

Passenger data collected during booking will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information will only be used for operational, legal, and communication purposes.

12. Amendments

Payfikar Travels reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
